Kombucha is a great fermented tea that has a slight cider taste.
Also, not only is it good for you and your stomach, but you can be festive without the hangover!

Pour some Kombucha into a pan and add cloves, nutmeg, mixed spice and cinnamon. Warm it up slightly (not too high to lose all its great properties) and serve in a wine glass! Yum!
