I finally have a kitchen, so how about this for a tasty wholesome vegan breakfast?

If yo20161125_100350.jpgu fancy a healthy breakfast but struggle to give up eggs1 for their protein, and don’t fancy breakfast cereals; then try garlic mushrooms, salad, tomatoes and avocado.

Not only have you got plenty of good fats in the avocado but mushrooms also contain protein2, making this a really yummy wholesome breakfast! 

It is also nice and warm!  A nice change from the cold avocado and tomatoes with rice cakes! 😉
